Exercise can really brighten one's life

A major study finds that exerccise versus TV watching can reduce the chances of deperssion in women by 20%. This study makes sense and adds another very positive reason for why exercise is important.  It takes dicipline to exercise but when you know that exercise can brighten up your life that makes the discipline worth it.
